Simon Peek

Principle areas of research include infectious diseases of economic importance to the modern dairy industry, particularly those affecting the gastro-intestinal tract.

Dr. Peek is the coordinator for the large animal theriogenology laboratory course and is actively involved in the clinical instruction of senior students in both large animal internal medicine and food animal production medicine. Dr. Peek lectures on infectious causes of reproductive failure, ruminant gastroenterology, and infectious diseases.

Dr. Peek is involved with infectious disease investigations involving both adult cow and calfhood problems on dairy farms in Wisconsin.
